Spring Dance This Week!
Come on out April 3rd for
the MMH Spring Dance. It is from 5:30-7:30. Bring a non-perishable food item to
be entered to win a tablet!
Come in Fairy Tale Costumes to be
entered for other prizes!
Great music, good friends and lots of
laughs! Bring your best dance moves.
No School Friday, April 4th – Teacher Development Day
Easter Batik
We will be in the Art Room on April
10 from 10:15 – 11:30 ish. If you are able to come help or just want to see what
it is all about come and join us. We can always use extra hands. There is a
place to indicate you can help on the purple Easter Newsletter that was sent
home last week.
Egg Decorating
April 16th we will be
decorating eggs in the classroom. Each child needs to bring 4-5 hardboiled eggs
wrapped and packaged carefully for our Easter fun on the morning of the 16th.
Sock Hop Day!
Sock Hope day is a VERY busy day! It is Mr. Braico’s last day in
our class and it is also our Easter Party which works out great. We will have
our sock hop after lunch until about recess time at 1:50. We will then share
treats after recess until home time. The Grade 2’s are practicing their “Happy”
Dance and will be performing it for the grade 1’s at the sock hop. We will also
be performing it during a family assembly in May hopefully. Please join us for
all or some of the sock hop if you are able to.
Aggie Days
Aggie Days will be on April 29th! We will leave the
school at 12:15 ish and arrive back around 2:30. If you are able to
drive/supervise please indicate so on the purple newsletter form that went home
last week. Thanks so much for your help in advance. PLEASE let me know if your
child has allergies to hay, grasses or animals! I have had a few kids with bad
reactions in the past with no information about allergies prior. We will be
around animals and hay. Thank you!
Easter Break is from April 18 – 27th! See you back on the 28th!
